Online astrology in Dhaka means a live video or voice consultation with a practitioner who reads your birth chart while you are on the call. At 360 Real Astrology it runs over Google Meet or WhatsApp, lasts up to sixty minutes, costs 1,000 BDT regardless of the service, and is available Saturday to Thursday between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. You send your birth details in advance, the chart is prepared before the call, and you speak directly to the astrologer rather than receiving a report from an app.
That last distinction matters more than anything else on this page, so it is worth being blunt about it first.
What “online astrology” actually means, and what it often means instead
Search for online astrology and you will find three different things wearing the same name.
Automated reports. A site takes your date of birth and returns generated text. Nobody reads your chart. These are free or nearly free and worth roughly what you pay.
Chat-based services. You type questions to someone you cannot see, often on a per-minute meter that rewards slow replies. Some of these are genuine astrologers. Many are not, and the format makes it impossible to tell.
Live consultation. A real practitioner opens your chart and talks you through it while you ask questions. This is what is described on this page.
If you are paying for astrology, you should know which of the three you are buying. The first two are common in Bangladesh, particularly through Facebook pages that advertise heavily and answer in generic paragraphs.
Services available online
Most Vedic work translates to video without losing anything, because the chart is the same object whether you are in the room or not.

What does not work online: palmistry. A hand needs to be seen directly, at the right angle and in decent light, and a phone camera does not deliver that. What happens in a session
Before the call. You send three things: date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. The chart is cast and studied before you join, so the hour is spent talking rather than data entry.
Your birth time matters more than people expect. A time rounded to the nearest half hour is fine for some questions and unreliable for others — divisional charts used for marriage and career shift roughly every twelve to thirteen minutes. If your time is a guess, say so when you book. It changes what can honestly be read, and it is better established beforehand than discovered halfway through. During the call. Up to sixty minutes on Google Meet or WhatsApp, in English, Bengali or Hindi. Bring your questions written down — people forget them once the conversation starts. If a gemstone is recommended, you will be told which planet it is for and why that planet, not just the stone’s name.
After. You keep whatever notes you made. Ask during the call if you want something repeated or spelled out.
What to prepare
- Your birth date, time and place, as accurately as you can establish them
- If your birth time is uncertain, four or five dated life events — marriage, bereavement, a move abroad, a serious illness, a job change
- Three or four specific questions, written down
- A quiet place and a connection that will hold for an hour
- Headphones, if anyone else is home
The fifth point is not trivial. People discuss marriage difficulties and money problems in these calls, and a room with other people in it changes what gets said.
What it costs
One thousand taka. Any service, any length up to sixty minutes, online or in person, paid in advance.
There is no premium tier, no per-minute meter, and no separate price for a “detailed” reading. Rectification does not cost extra even though it takes more preparation. Gemstone recommendation does not cost extra, and no stone is sold to you on the call — where you buy it is your decision.

How to tell an online astrologer is real
Online removes the signals you would normally use — you cannot see the chamber, the queue, or the shelf of books. So use different ones.
Ask for your birth time and then ask why it matters. Anyone reading an actual chart will need it and will be able to explain what changes without it. A vague answer means the chart is decorative.
Ask which system they use. Parashari, Jaimini, KP, Western — there is no wrong answer, but there should be an answer.
Watch for urgency. “Something serious is coming, but a puja can prevent it” is the oldest structure in the trade, and it moves faster online because you can be billed before you have thought about it.
Watch for the upsell. If the consultation ends with a stone that only they can supply, at a price you did not expect, the consultation was the advertisement.
Check whether they will say “I don’t know.” A practitioner who has an answer for everything is generating answers, not reading a chart.
