We do not predict death. We do not tell you an accident is coming. We do not warn you of ruin and then offer to sell you the only remedy that prevents it. If you leave a consultation here frightened, we have failed at our work. What we do instead is read your chart to tell you what you are built for, when your periods open and close, and how to make the decision in front of you with better information than you had this morning.
That sounds like a small difference. It is not. It is the entire difference between astrology as guidance and astrology as extortion.
How the fear script works
If you have consulted astrologers in Dhaka or anywhere in South Asia, you may have met this pattern. It is worth seeing it written down, because it is a script, and scripts lose power once you can recognise them.
Stage one: the alarming prediction. Something serious is coming. A death in the family. A grave accident. Financial collapse. The prediction is specific enough to frighten and vague enough to never be wrong.
Stage two: the clock. It will happen soon. Within months. The window to act is closing. Urgency exists to stop you thinking, and to stop you consulting anyone else.
Stage three: the exclusive remedy. There is one way out — a puja, a stone, a ritual — and it happens to be available from the person who just frightened you. Often at a price that arrives after you are already afraid.
Stage four: the escalation. The first remedy was insufficient. The problem is deeper than thought. A second, more expensive intervention is required. People have handed over their savings this way, one step at a time, each step small enough to seem reasonable.
The reason this works is not that the victims are foolish. It works because fear about your family disables ordinary judgement, which is exactly what it evolved to do. A parent told their child is in danger does not pause to evaluate methodology.
The test to remember: if a reading ends with you frightened and the only exit is a payment to the person who frightened you, the reading was the sales pitch.
Why classical astrology does not work this way
This is not a modern ethical overlay. Prediction of death was treated with extreme caution in the classical tradition, and the reasons are practical rather than sentimental.
A chart shows periods and conditions, not verdicts. A dasha period indicates the kind of weather you are moving into — what tends to strengthen, what tends to come under pressure, where attention is needed. It does not issue sentences. Two people with similar planetary periods live completely different years, because what a period does depends on what the person does inside it.
A practitioner who claims otherwise is either not reading the chart carefully, or has understood that certainty sells better than accuracy.
There is also the matter of what a prediction does to the person receiving it. Tell someone their marriage will fail and you have changed how they behave in it. Astrology is not a spectator activity. The reading enters the life it describes, and an honest practitioner takes responsibility for that.
What we actually do
Direction. What your chart is built for — where your strengths concentrate, what kind of work fits you, what you keep returning to. Most people arrive with a version of one question: what am I supposed to be doing? The tenth house, the Dashamsa and the pattern of the whole chart speak to this more usefully than any prediction of events.
Timing. Which periods are open and which are not. This is where astrology earns its keep. Knowing that the next eighteen months favour building rather than launching changes how you plan, and it is actionable in a way that “beware of danger” never is.
Decisions. You are choosing between two jobs, two proposals, two cities. The chart will not choose for you. It will tell you which pressures each option meets, and what you are likely to underestimate.
Difficulty, honestly described. Some periods are genuinely hard. We say so — plainly, with the timeframe, and with what tends to help. What we do not do is inflate a difficult period into a catastrophe, or attach a price to escaping it.
Remedies you can evaluate. If a gemstone is recommended, you are told which planet it is for and why that planet, from house lordship and strength rather than from your sign. You can take that reasoning to another astrologer and have it checked. A remedy you cannot question is not a remedy.
The rules we work by
These are the commitments. Hold us to them.
- No prediction of death, for you or anyone in your family.
- No fear as leverage. If something in the chart is difficult, you will hear it described, dated, and paired with what helps.
- One price. 1,000 BDT per session, every service, up to sixty minutes. No premium tier, no per-minute meter, no separate charge for a “detailed” reading.
- No emergency upsell. You will never be told that a costly ritual must happen immediately.
- “I don’t know” is a permitted answer. Charts have unclear areas. You will be told which parts of the reading are firm and which are not.
- Your birth time is treated honestly. If it is uncertain, we say what that limits rather than proceeding as though it were exact.
- Astrology stays in its lane. It does not replace a doctor, a lawyer or an accountant, and we will say so when your question belongs to one of them.
- No pressure to return. If one session answers your question, that is a success, not a lost customer.
What a consultation actually looks like
Booking. Call or message 01919-312385, or use the appointment form. Tell us the area of the question — marriage, career, health timing, a decision — and your preferred slot. Same-day appointments are often available, and urgent requests are usually accommodated within a day or two rather than a week.
What you send. Date of birth, time of birth, place of birth. If you do not know your birth time, say so — it is common in Bangladesh and it is workable. If your question is single and pressing, Prashna answers from the moment you ask, with no birth details needed at all.
Payment. The fee is settled in advance, because the chart is cast and studied before you arrive rather than during your hour.
The session. Up to sixty minutes, in person at the chamber in Malibag or online by Google Meet or WhatsApp, in English, Bengali or Hindi. Bring your questions written down. You will be shown what the chart says and told how confident each part of the reading is.
Afterwards. No follow-up sequence, no reminders, no escalating recommendations. If you want to come back, you know where we are.
Online and in person
Both are available, both are the same price, and for chart work there is no difference in quality — the chart does not change according to where you are sitting.
Online suits you if you are outside Dhaka, outside Bangladesh, or short of time. Sessions run on Google Meet or WhatsApp with no special software.
In person suits you if you want to sit with the chart in front of you, or if palmistry is part of what you came for.
Common questions
Do you predict death or serious accidents? No. We do not make predictions of death or catastrophe. Difficult periods are described honestly, with timing and with what helps.
Will I be pressured to buy an expensive remedy? No. If a gemstone or remedy is recommended, you are told the reasoning behind it and left to decide and source it yourself.
What does a consultation cost? 1,000 BDT for any service, up to sixty minutes, online or in person, paid in advance.
How quickly can I get an appointment? Often the same day. Sessions run Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
What if I don’t know my birth time? Rectification can narrow it from dated life events, and Prashna can answer a single question with no birth details at all.
Is astrology scientific? No, and we will not claim otherwise. It is a structured traditional method with rules that can be examined, applied by someone who will tell you where the method is confident and where it is not. That honesty is what makes it useful.
Can astrology tell me my life purpose? It can show you where your strengths concentrate and what kind of work your chart supports. What you do with that is yours.
What languages are sessions in? English, Bengali or Hindi.
The short version
Astrology answered well is not about learning what will happen to you. It is about understanding what you are built for, when your seasons turn, and how to move well through the one you are in.
Anyone who uses it to frighten you has abandoned the practice and kept the costume.
